What is the format of the event?

Companies interested in recruiting Biomedical Engineers will participate in the Career Fair.

The companies will hold infosessions to present about the company. This is an opportunity for you to meet the recruiters, seek clarification, learn more about the work environment and more.

Biomeds will register for the infosessions by uploading their resume using the upload resume link under each company description

Recruiters will have access to your resume and will schedule follow-up meetings or interviews by contacting you directly.

How can I contact the recruiter?

You will have the opportunity to meet with the recruiter during the infosession and obtain information at the event. You need to attend the infosession to be considered for the interview. Think of the infosession as a pre-interview.

Some companies are choosing to review the resume and select candidated and contact them prior to the infosession. The interview schedule will be after the infosession.

Where do I find information about the company or infosession?

Once you register for the infosession, you will receive an email with information about the virtual session for the event(s) prior to the infosession.

Make a note of the infosessions on your calendar and make arrangements as necessary to attend the infosession

Note: Uploading your resume "registers" you for the specific company infosession

Navigate to the "Infosessions" page. Review the information about the different job/positions available within each company. At the bottom of each description, there is a link to upload your resume.
